Reflective Blogging Assignment For Nov/Dec Holidays [:
(2) Think back to a time over the past semester when you faced a challenge or made a big mistake. (a bad grade on something, letting your benchmarks pile up until the last minute, etc.) What sorts of lessons did you learn about yourself from that challenge and/or mistake? How did this influence the way you did things after that moment? In what ways does this experience help you to plan for next semester?
The biggest mistake I made was to do badly for my exams , both Mid-year and End-of-year . Although I know it’s over , I am still sad about it . Everytime after I done badly for my tests ,I would tell myself , ” I must do better for the next exam or class test , ” but I still failed to do that .
I think it’s the last minute works that I done caused all this . I thought so because I rushed through the questions very fast and did not understand the question before doing my work . I really regretted it and learned that last minute works DON’T help at all !
I learned not to do last minute works because it doesn’t help in my studies . I don’t want my results to slip because of this . I learned that , from this experience , I shouldn’t do last minute works and should also study during free time , paying more attention in class and not defying teachers .
I plan to study in groups with my friends after school to improve on our subjects !
